Superbuy has a published menu worth checking
Superbuy lists standard purchasing from Taobao, Tmall, JD and 1688 without a purchasing service fee, while secondhand and other purchasing services have separate terms. Its page also lists optional detailed photography, inspection and packing services. Free purchasing therefore does not mean a delivered order has no additional costs.
For a jacket, write the inspection request before comparing prices: chest width, sleeve length, fastener condition and the selected color. For footwear, specify which label and measurement you need. Compare the service capable of answering that request, rather than treating any extra photograph as equally useful.

Turn the spreadsheet into a comparable basket
Editorial method: save the original seller URL and exact option for each item. Use the same quantity, destination postcode and packing instructions in both estimates. Keep shoe boxes in both calculations or remove them in both. A comparison with different contents answers a different question.
Record seller price, domestic freight, purchasing fees where applicable, payment conversion, requested inspection, packaging, international freight and any destination charges. Leave an unknown field blank until the provider confirms it. A coupon should have its own row with its minimum spend, validity and route restrictions.

If an item needs a particular inspection or specialist handling, compare the written service scope before choosing either platform.
For a time-sensitive parcel, set a final warehouse-dispatch date and work backward through seller dispatch, domestic transport and inspection. A spreadsheet cannot reserve stock or guarantee an international delivery date. Keep the same product source and specifications attached to the eventual order so a later QC decision is based on what you actually requested.
