Confirm the size specification
Save the selected size system and the seller's corresponding measurements. A number without its US, UK, EU or other context is ambiguous. If the listing separates men's, women's or children's sizing, keep that distinction in your order notes.
Ask what a supplied length describes: foot length, insole length or another measurement. Do not compare unlike measurements and assume the difference is extra room. Use information from a comparable pair you already wear where possible, while recognising that shoe shape can still differ.
If a removable-insole measurement would answer a fit question, request it explicitly and confirm whether it is available. A photographed size label confirms the marking, not the fit on your foot.
Inspect both shoes together
This is a SUGARGOOX editorial checklist, not a claim that we have handled the product. Compare the pair in front, rear, side and sole views. Check that the selected colour, size markings, panel arrangement and included accessories correspond to the order.
Look for visible differences between left and right: uneven placement, damaged areas, inconsistent stitching or a visibly distorted shape. If a concern appears in only one angle, ask for a clearer view before deciding what it means.
For footwear intended for exercise, do not infer grip, cushioning, structural performance or injury protection from appearance. Those questions require evidence beyond listing images and basic warehouse photos.
Check the exact item against current restrictions
Historical community questions mention brands such as Nike, adidas, ASICS and New Balance. They are not a current acceptance list. In a visible older Reddit response, SugargooM explained that risk checks can occur when loading a link, purchasing and receiving the actual item.
Ask about the exact source and destination before relying on a purchase plan. Do not change wording or conceal the product to get around a warning. Acceptance by an agent also does not prove the seller's authorisation or the item's authenticity.

Choose packaging with a purpose
Decide whether the original box matters to you, then compare packing options and their measured costs. If you remove it, specify the protection you still need.
Keep the paired QC images and selected variant with the order record. A clear discrepancy should be addressed before international dispatch, when the item can still be examined at the warehouse.
